Rhetorica Online is a biannual online academic journal which is published by the Department of Rhetorics at the Faculty of Philosophy of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. The journal was created by means of the Scientific Research Fund with contract № 80-10-98/16.04.2020.
Rhetorica Online is a platform for the publication of scientific materials in the field of the humanities and the social sciences with a focus on research in rhetoric. The aims of Rhetorica Online include the examination and the popularization of rhetoric’s interdisciplinary functions and of its interaction with other traditional and modern disciplines such as philosophy, psychology, political science, cultural studies, business communication and media and public relations studies.
The Editorial Board of Rhetorica Online is motivated by the ambition of encouraging the communication between different sciences and of fostering an interdisciplinary approach in the field of the humanities.

Rhetoric Online is a biannual peer-reviewed online academic journal which is published by the Department of Rhetoric of the Philosophy Faculty at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
Affiliation:
The Department of Rhetoric has been part of the Philosophy Faculty at Sofia University since 1989.
Department of Rhetoric:
The Department of Rhetoric has a history of almost 40 years and since its very beginning it started as an autonomous department at Sofia University.
Teaching:
Since 2003 the Department of Rhetoric has been the home of Sofia University’s MA program in Rhetoric, which has received the highest evaluation among other MA programs in the Faculty of Philosophy. It has more than 70 graduates.
